Apartment floorplans and pricing on website update!

The moment we've been anticipating is finally here: floor plans and pricing are now up on The Broadway Building's website! With over 30 unique floor plans to choose from it was hard narrowing it down to a select 10 to include on the website, let alone pick the office's favorite - a spacious one bedroom with double doors leading from the living room and bedroom to the park views on the fabulous deck.

This unit is approximately 1000 sf with an approximate 200 sf deck. Washer and dryer in unit, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances with soaring ceilings are just the beginning. Pricing upon request. Picture yourself here!

    The floor plan is very helpful in the sense that the buyer would know exactly how he should decorate the house. The buyer would know where to put the furniture and which rooms to use according to their purpose.
